Job Summary

At DPS Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Support Coordinator to lead our Client Support Department in Glenrothes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of support engineers and specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical support and maintenance services in Automation, process control, and industrial instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Departmental Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of support engineers and specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  2. Client Support: Manage the team of support engineers to ensure timely resolution of client issues and adherence to service level agreements.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for Support and Maintenance.
  4. Project Management and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience in automation and process control, including management and leadership roles.
  3. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in industrial automation systems, control systems, instrumentation, and associated software.
