Fife Coast & Countryside Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Countryside Operations Manager to join its Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of four departments within the Operations Team, including Maintenance, Facility, Parking, and Litter, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across Fife.

The Senior Countryside Operations Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in coordinating the team's efforts to maintain and improve the countryside and coastal areas. This involves developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve operational excellence, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

As a seasoned professional with a strong background in countryside and landscape maintenance, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve outstanding results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will also have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of £34,500 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and discounts.
