We are seeking a highly skilled Field Teams Manager to join our Operations Team at the Fife Coast & Countryside Trust. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of the 4 departments within the Operations Team, supporting the delivery of services across Fife.
The Field Teams Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of productivity and quality outcomes, as well as providing advice and guidance to key staff members on work programmes. They will also be responsible for recharging labour and goods to internal and external clients, as well as maintaining accurate records.
We are looking for an individual with leadership and effective management skills, who is able to process financial information and provide expert advice on Countryside / Landscape/Grounds Maintenance industry knowledge. A salary of £32,437 - £40,359 per annum is available, depending on experience.
