Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator

Avenue Scotland - FALKIRK seeks an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy HR and Management team. This role will provide efficient administrative support to the Managing Director, as well as offer a welcoming experience for visitors and callers.

About the Role:
  • Provide professional administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Maintain good working relationships with the wider teams.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Greet and support visitors in a warm and professional way.
  • Prepare and process mail efficiently.
  • Assist the HR team with tasks such as collating CVs, directing candidates, and coordinating inductions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an office environment, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, plus benefits and training opportunities.
