We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Enva, a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions. About the Role

As Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transport department, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will lead a team of drivers, transport controllers, and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the resources and tools needed to succeed.

Your primary focus will be on optimizing financial performance, ensuring that routing efficiency is maximized, and service delivery meets customer expectations. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting costs, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the transport department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance, including route optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, forecast costs, and analyze KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with drivers, transport controllers, and administrative staff to ensure that everyone is aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, transportation management, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented improvements in financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
