Key Responsibilities:

The Department Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the department's operations, leading a team of support engineers and specialists to deliver exceptional technical support and maintenance services in Automation, process control, and industrial instrumentation.

Key Duties Include:

  • Departmental Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of support engineers and specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Client Support: Manage the team of support engineers to ensure timely resolution of client issues and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for Support and Maintenance.
  • Project Management and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Technical Expertise and Thought Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the department.
