This is a mixed role most of your time will be with the customers services team but during any downtime month end quarter end and year end there will be more of a Finance flair to your daily tasks.

As a customer service professional you will be expected to have exceptional communication skills and cope well under pressure. Promoting a positive image of yourself and the brand. Be enthusiastic a committed team player and a quick learner. Having a keen attention to detail will be a huge benefit for this role.


What are the main Customer Services/Finance responsibilities


As a Customer Services Assistant you will have a varied role where your responsibilities will include:


Customer Services


  • Answering & directing incoming calls
  • Providing quotations to customers
  • Processing sales and supplier purchase orders
  • Responding to emails
  • Dealing with demo stock requests
  • Dealing with the sales teams bootstock
  • Updating supplier/customer information
  • NonConformance Reporting and credit note raising
  • Any other administration duties that may require any support


Finance Flair


  • Managing outstanding invoices
  • Sending regular statements and copy invoices
  • New customer onboarding
  • New supplier onboarding.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations and remittances
