Asa Customer Services Assistant you will have a varied role whereyour responsibilities willinclude:


CustomerServices


  • Answering& directing incomingcalls
  • Providingquotations tocustomers
  • Processingsales and supplier purchaseorders
  • Respondingtoemails
  • Dealingwith demo stockrequests
  • Dealingwith the sales teamsbootstock
  • Updatingsupplier/customerinformation
  • NonConformanceReporting and credit noteraising
  • Anyother administration duties that may require anysupport


FinanceFlair


  • Managingoutstandinginvoices
  • Sendingregular statements and copyinvoices
  • Newcustomeronboarding
  • Newsupplieronboarding.
  • Supplierstatement reconciliations andremittances
