The Opportunity
Due to success in the UK market, our Sage accredited business partners are looking to recruit and develop Customer Success Managers to support customer demand. Our partners provide expert business management systems, services, and support to their clients. They are looking for bright, motivated, and ambitious individuals wanting to kick start their career in cloud native technology.

Prior experience is not required as a comprehensive enablement program is available to support the successful candidate.

About the Sage Partner Academy

Key Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Learning the skills to successfully support Sage products with our business partner.
• Being responsible for supporting technology that can transform businesses.
• Serving as the main point of contact for clients seeking assistance with Sage products.
• Continually seeking areas for improvement and contributing to the development of resources for partner's clients

Whom Sage accredited business partners are looking for:

• You will address and resolve customer concerns promptly, demonstrating a commitment to customer success.
• You will collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and customise their onboarding plans.
• You will ensure customers are kept informed about product updates, new features, and best practices.
• You will be motivated to understand Sage products and how they align with customers' objectives.

Currently, opportunities are available in the following location: Newcastle. A hybrid work arrangement is in place, with a requirement to be office-based three days a week.
