We are on the lookout for a Reception Team Leader (Concierge Team Leader) for a brand-new contract for Portico, overseeing our small team based with a neo banking firm operating in Canary Wharf.
Assisted by a Concierge team member, the successful Concierge Team Leader will oversee the front desk operation, looking after meeting rooms and visitors, assist the senior team with business travel needs, whilst maintaining a vigilant approach to the security of the floor.
As this will be a brand-new team, and a brand-new operation. The successful candidate will be given the chance to put their own stamp on things, injecting some of their creativity and perspective on service excellence into the operation. Creating processes and procedures, the successful Concierge Team Leader will really have a sense of ownership.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday Friday with rotating shifts between 8am-9pmSalary: £31,000
You will need to be friendly with a passion for providing excellent service, great attention to detail and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience.
Supervisory experience within customer service is essential, preferably within a corporate setting or similar role.
It is also essential to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels.
Experience in security is a huge bonus.
