Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Front of House team based at the brand new Baker Street offices a fantastic London law firm as a Reception Team Leader

The role of the reception team consists of meet and greet, meeting room management, switchboard and liaising with building management to ensure that the needs of the client are always met. 

Your key focus will be to provide hands on assistance to the Reception Manager, ensuring that the team provide the highest level of customer care and personal service to all clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with rotating shifts between 7am-7pm
Salary: £34,608


Qualifications

To be successful you will need strong organisational skills, the capability to multitask and great attention to detail. The team are friendly, positive, and helpful. So, we are looking for someone with a similar mindset. A bubbly and energetic person, with a desire deliver exceptional service as a part of an amazing team will fit in perfectly

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of supervising a reception team within either a corporate or elite hotel environment.
