As Trading Manager you'll be responsible for delivering the Hospitality Cluster Operating plan and Twin-track strategy, by driving volume, sales and market share within your categories (Café, Deli Counters, Hot Chicken, Marketplaces, Vended Coffee and Coffee on Bakery)

What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Management of end-to-end profitability across Hospitality including new propositions (ensuring trials are op profit accretive) and are in line with the Hospitality strategy.
- Oversight and management of Hospitality labour, concession management, new business development, opex and consumables spend
- Deliver profit growth through driving the Value Optimisation (VO) programme and managing key costs such as promotional spend, waste, labour costs and stock loss
- Work with and influence your Trading Manager peer group to drive ways of working and alignment across the Food Group, to ensure Hospitality is seen as a priority
- Translate the Food strategy including universal range, promotional strategy and central policy, into an implementation plan and framework for the Category
