In this pivotal position, you will be accountable for managing all facets of trading operations, ensuring the seamless and effective execution of trades across diverse markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing trading operations: Manage activities such as trade confirmation, payment processing, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance: Uphold adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Developing trading strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to enhance trading efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborating with departments: Work closely with risk management and compliance teams to establish robust risk control measures.
  • Leading the team: Mentor and guide the trading operations team, fostering professional development.
  • Monitoring performance: Analyze trading data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Staying informed: Keep abreast of market trends and developments, evaluating their potential impact on trading operations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in trading operations, with a preference for those in leadership roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial markets and trading operations, including trade execution, settlement, and risk management.
  • A strong grasp of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • A proven history of developing and executing trading strategies and processes.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous.
