Role Summary
  • Engage with essential stakeholders within the European energy landscape.
  • Oversee and implement projects related to energy trading, risk management, sales trading, and cloud services.
  • Evaluate business and IT workflows, ascertain requirements, and architect trading solutions.
  • Improve customer engagement with solutions and tailor configurations for peak performance.
  • Assume responsibility for customer satisfaction as the primary liaison.
  • Contribute to product innovation in a rapidly changing market.
  • Broaden understanding of energy trading and associated technologies.
  • Support the sales team by leveraging your expertise.
Qualifications
  • Valid work authorization.
  • Degree in business informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or business administration.
  • Significant experience in project management, business analysis, and the design of trading solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Enthusiasm for IT, with knowledge in hosting, cloud computing, SQL, databases, XML, or software development.
  • Problem-solving orientation to fulfill customer needs.
  • Experience in energy or commodity trading and client acquisition is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and proficiency in German is advantageous.
