About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Strategy Consultant to join our global growth team at Futurice GmbH. As a key player in this team, you will be responsible for expanding our reach and impact with multinational clients in the energy sector.

Your primary focus will be on advising and leading client engagements, driving company sales activities, and developing digital strategies for various types of energy companies. You will leverage our expertise and reputation to establish Futurice as a go-to partner for digital transformation in the international energy market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and lead client engagements in the energy sector, with a focus on digital transformation
  • Drive company sales activities for energy-related consulting and digital transformation services
  • Develop and implement digital strategies for various types of energy companies
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in the energy industry
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including renewables, smart grids, and energy markets
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in advising and leading client engagements in the energy sector, with a focus on digital transformation
  • Proven track record in business development and driving sales activities for energy-related consulting and digital transformation services
  • Deep domain knowledge of the energy industry, including trends in renewables, smart grids, and energy markets
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies for various types of energy companies
  • Strong understanding of how digital technologies can address key challenges in the energy sector
  • Working knowledge of data analytics, AI, and Generative AI applications in the energy industry
  • Fluent in German and English, with English as a primary working language
About the Team

You will join an exciting new global growth initiative focused on expanding our reach and impact with multinational clients. As part of this strategic effort, we are building a high-impact Global Growth Team to spearhead our international expansion, particularly in the automotive and energy sectors.

As a Principal Strategy Consultant, you will be a key player in this team, working alongside other Consultants, global salespeople, board-level industry advisors, and dedicated marketing professionals.
