Seeking a Senior HRBP with a strong background in Financial Services ideally Investment Banking. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support to the divisional CEO & the management team.

Provide strategic HR guidance and support to key senior stakeholdersOrganisational designMitigating HR operational riskDrive employee engagement initiativesLead on complex employee relations issuesManage succession risk and develop diverse talent Proactively manage Equal PayCoordinate with global HR team to ensure consistencyPartner with the business to drive the annual salary and bonus review Handle HR related issues and concernsOversee performance management activitiesSupport HR related projects and initiativesProfile

A successful Senior HRBP should have:
