Clerical Assistant – Attendance

Permanent – term time only plus inset days.

(37 hours per week) Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm, Fridays 8:00am – 3:30pm.

Salary: Grade 3 (SCP 4) £23,114 per annum pro rata

Actual pro rata salary £20,071 per annum

Required as soon as possible.

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an effective and organised Clerical Assistant – Attendance to join our evolving organisation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Attendance Officer to undertake organisational processes within school and support the school to manage student attendance. Please see the job description for full duties of this post.

The successful candidate will also be required to support with First Aid and full training for this will be provided.
