The Role:
As a Strategy Associate, you will be part of our rapidly growing Strategy Team, playing a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives across the business. This hands-on role offers a broad opportunity to make an impact through varied projects, supporting our goal to transform into a best-in-class, omni-channel health and wellness provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Frame and size strategic opportunities. Conduct research to identify and assess new markets, opportunities, services, and products. Autonomously manage a specific strategy workstream. Assess market trends, benchmark competitors, and identify threats and opportunities. Collaborate with the Insights function to consolidate, analyse, and synthesise data. Support the creation of key strategy documents and cross-business workshops. Work with Strategic Finance to create and assess investment cases. Assist colleagues in preparing and documenting functional strategies aligned with H&B's objectives. Location: Based in London, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.
The Person:
Graduate Consultant with 3-4 years' experience. Proven strategy experience in a top consultancy or the health & wellness industry. Experience in strategy design, development, and strategic change. Strong technical analysis, MS Excel, and financial modelling skills. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and change. Interest in retail, e-commerce, digital health, and the health & wellness sector.
