Senior Associate, Strategic Engagement

Aon is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Strategic Engagement team within Inpoint. This role offers flexibility with options for hybrid or office-based work.

The primary focus of this position is to cultivate relationships with Aon clients, assisting them in achieving their strategic objectives. Ideal candidates will possess a background in the commercial insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the company's strategy, offerings, and operations to improve client outcomes
  • Contributing to organization-wide initiatives
  • Managing account-related tasks, including communication with carriers and colleagues, participation in projects, and meeting coordination
  • Reporting on client satisfaction to ensure comprehensive understanding both internally and externally
  • Conducting market research and analysis to facilitate client decision-making
  • Supporting client relationship management alongside team members
  • Preparing and conducting interviews with clients and colleagues
  • Assisting in the development of client reports and deliverables
  • Adhering to Aon's Risk Management Framework and policies
