Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Associate to join our team at Neuberger Berman. As a Client Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Consultant Relations team in building relationships with UK/EMEA investment consulting firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support to senior relationship managers in the field, enhancing relationship management capacity and meeting consultants' specific needs.
  • Support the local team in their day-to-day client activity and strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of client services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Portfolio Management, Client Service, Marketing, and Compliance teams to deliver client deliverables and drive business growth.
  • Organize business development activity, including presentations and request for proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct market research, consultant updates, and assist the team in developing business strategies and client analysis.
  • Support consultant events and marketing collateral efforts, promoting Neuberger Berman's products and services.
Requirements
  • Graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Working towards or having completed IMC, CFA, or CAIA certifications.
  • 1 year's experience at an Asset Manager and/or UK Intermediary/Wholesale experience desirable but not essential.
  • A self-starter with strong communication, presentation, and numeracy skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
