Job Title

Private Client Associate Part Time (28hrs per week)



As Private Client Associate you will be primarily responsible for assisting clients at Galvan's Mayfair Flagship. You will report to the Mayfair Flagship Store Director. While introducing customers to the suite of Galvan client services, ensure a seamless, exceptional luxury customer experience and build brand loyalty.

Job Duties:

The role of Private Client Associate will include a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Work as part of a team focused on creating a unique boutique experience. From selling, replenishing stock, organizing rails, receiving deliveries and packing consignments
  • Drive Galvan's unique service offering to existing and new clients
  • Provide an end-to-end luxury service whilst building client relations with the brand
  • Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day always being positive and a professional reflection upon the Galvan brand in all internal and external interaction
  • Preparing for client appointments and executing them in a highly professional manner

    Ideal candidate must have:
    • Minimum of 1 years experience in Retail, preferably luxury
    • Great sales and customer service skills
    • Be detailed orientated, enthusiastic and a great collaborator
    • Highly motivated and self-sufficient - ability to pivot in a changing environment
    • Be fashion savvy with impeccable presentation
