Job Overview

Client Relationship Management - Associate

This role is designed for an Associate within the Global Client Group at Brookfield Asset Management, assisting the CRM team in capital acquisition efforts for Brookfield's Global Client Group. The Associate will engage in a variety of tasks related to fund promotion, client evaluation, and investor outreach.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in fund promotion initiatives and client evaluation processes
  • Work alongside CRMs to identify new investment opportunities
  • Organize meetings with investment teams and help prepare necessary documentation
  • Conduct client evaluation meetings and liaise with clients as needed
  • Manage the internal CRM database and support business development efforts
  • Perform industry and client-specific analysis
  • Help coordinate roadshows, conferences, and investor engagements
  • Support investor communication strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced studies in finance preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in the financial services sector
  • Familiarity with property, infrastructure, private equity, or alternative investment funds
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Collaborative team member with a proactive mindset
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
