Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Engagement Specialist to join our team at LEWIS Communications GmbH. As a key member of our Client Engagement Operations team, you will play a vital role in streamlining operations and driving lead generation activities across multiple business segments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across various business segments, utilizing a mix of marketing and sales communications.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to design, execute, and track paid lead generation campaigns.
- Identify opportunities with priority verticals and key service areas, and assist the Client Engagement team in producing sales collateral and case studies.
- Manage prospect outreach and associated tactics, including event attendance, networking, and awards.
- Report weekly on key metrics, including prospect touchpoints, conversations, and opportunities.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure consistent and relevant sales materials.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in sales enablement and a passion for driving business growth. Key qualifications include:
- Ability to implement and streamline processes for the client engagement/new business teams.
- Initiative to improve current processes and a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in sales enablement and a fast-moving sales environment with an understanding of prospecting clients.
- Experience in marketing (communications, digital, etc.) and the ability to push back on certain areas to give the new business team the correct setup and tools to perform effective outreach.
- Ability to embed yourself into the business, understand, and act as an ambassador for LEWIS Communications GmbH.
