Position: Client Engagement Specialist at The Bank of New York Mellon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Development:
    • Foster client relationships primarily through regular interactions.
    • Support internal coordination of deals and act as a bridge between product teams and client engagement for customized solutions.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
    • Assist in preparing presentations for clients.
    • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing for the development of materials presented to clients.
  • Strategic Client Initiatives:
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while sustaining existing revenue channels.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service through thorough research, analytics, and effective coordination.
    • Meet organic growth targets within the designated client portfolio.
    • Compile and maintain departmental reports and business summaries.
    • Spot opportunities for account expansion and advocate for the firm’s services and product offerings.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Ensure the integrity of the CRM database through diligent maintenance.
    • Research, develop, and execute client account strategies.
    • Update client records in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant work experience in Client Engagement, Relationship Management, or Account Services.
  • Local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the role.
