We are seeking a seasoned Art Agent to join our team at Boom Art Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in representing and promoting artists, managing client relationships, and driving business development for our gallery. As an Art Agent, you will be responsible for negotiating sales, conducting market research, organizing events, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent artists and manage their portfolios, ensuring their work is showcased to its full potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and sales, leveraging your expertise to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Organize exhibitions and events, collaborating with artists, clients, and internal teams to create engaging and successful experiences.
Requirements:
- A degree in Art, Business, or a related field, demonstrating your expertise and passion for the industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients and artists.
- Familiarity with the art market, including current trends, styles, and market conditions.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid remote work arrangement, with flexibility to work from home or in our London office.
- Part-time or freelance opportunities available, depending on your preferences and availability.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of £40,914.00-£48,787.00 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
- A bonus scheme, commission pay, and performance bonus, providing opportunities for additional earnings.
