The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Head of HR to join our Beauty Brands HR team. Reporting to the Beauty & Fashion Brands Global HR Director, in this role you will drive the HR agenda for the Global Brand teams based in London and will work on exciting brands such as Penhaligon's, Dr Barbara Sturm and the Niche & Wellness Digital Hub.

You will be a trusted and strategic Business Partner to the Brands' senior leadership and their teams. You will drive Organisational Development, Talent Management and ER for a population which combines creative, international marketing, brand development and digital teams.

What you'll get to do
  • Working w/ HRD and Brand GMs, develop a HR agenda aligned w/ Brands' vision & business goals
  • Lead organisation design and planning, business case & scenario planning
  • Manage integration projects
  • Lead talent review, talent mapping, succession planning & development
  • Implement global talent initiatives
  • Foster a diverse & open environment in line w/ values
  • W/ support from a TA Specialist, ensure we recruit the most creative and entrepreneurial talent in line with the Brands' vision
  • Own recruitment for key leadership roles and manage agency
  • 1st point of contact for HR issues. Manage ER cases across the population
  • Work w/ Controlling on budgeting and forecasting, ensuring headcount and cost control
  • Work w/ UK Reward teams to ensure a competitive reward proposition & operational excellence
  • Setting and monitoring KPIs for the area
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • Experience in a similar role within Beauty, Fashion, Luxury or Consumer Goods industries, ideally in creative and DTC environments
  • Proven HR generalist experience is essential
  • Ideally, CIPD or similar qualification and knowledge of UK employment law principles
  • Strategic and collaborative business partner, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ideally, line management experience
  • Organisation and headcount planning experience
  • Self-starter able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple topics at once and proactively planning ahead
  • Highly organised with prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical, able to draw conclusions looking at data
  • At ease dealing with complexity and ambiguity
  • Sensitivity to luxury and exceptional attention to detail
