GdC Beauty Group is celebrating its legacy in the skincare industry and is looking to expand its training division. As a prominent name in the beauty sector, we are renowned for our exceptional treatment experiences and innovative products.

We are seeking a dedicated Skin Care Educator to provide training across the London and Southern England regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the GdC Beauty Group brand and its unique treatment methodologies.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for our partners and staff throughout London and the southern territories.
  • Promote effective sales strategies during all training initiatives.
  • Engage with individuals at all organizational levels, employing diverse teaching methods to cater to various learning preferences and cultural backgrounds.
  • Facilitate online and virtual training sessions as required.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the lead trainer at the brand's headquarters to implement best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver luxury treatment demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Represent the brand by providing treatments to influencers and high-profile clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, expense tracking, and post-training reports, along with any other relevant duties.
  • Ensure a high standard of hygiene and professionalism within the training environment.
  • Exhibit flexibility and readiness to support business needs as they arise.
  • Assist at industry events and customer gatherings.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Beauty/Spa sector as a therapist or trainer.
  • Qualified as a face and body therapist to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
  • Preferred advanced training in electrical treatments, though not mandatory.
  • Possession of an NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Education and Training Certificate is advantageous.
  • NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 with two years of experience may also be considered.
  • Strong background in retail is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of holistic therapies, including hot stone treatments and chakra balancing.
  • A valid UK driving license is required, along with the ability to travel and stay overnight as necessary.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

The ideal candidate will embrace challenges and possess a genuine passion for skincare and technological advancements. They will demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both trade customers and end consumers.

Self-driven and capable of working independently, they will also value teamwork and collaboration.
