Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Tom Ford Beauty. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the Tom Ford Beauty Brand

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.

Achieve Retail Sales Targets

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Enhance Customer Loyalty

Build strong relationships with customers through tailored communication, expert knowledge, and exceptional service to drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Provide prompt, friendly, and effective service consistently, following our service standards and demonstrating product expertise to each customer.

Maintain Personal Grooming

Adhere to our grooming standards, wear the Tom Ford Beauty uniform with cleanliness and professionalism, and use only our products during work hours.

Work as an Efficient Team Member

Assist colleagues, communicate necessary information, and maintain punctuality to uphold team efficiency and productivity.

Ensure High Housekeeping Standards

Regularly clean counters, tester stands, and displays, merchandise the counter following brand guidelines, and abide by brand hygiene standards.

Handle Administrative Tasks

Complete all administrative tasks accurately, legibly, and promptly, including personal retail sales reporting and any other required administration.

Requirements
  • Desirable Experience

Previous experience in the retail industry or guest services, preferably in beauty, is highly desirable.

Customer Service Skills

Demonstrate the capability to provide inspiring, genuine, and tailored customer service.

Availability

Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a dynamic work setting.

Technical Skills

Prior exposure to retail point-of-sale software is a plus.

Eligibility

Applicants must prove the right to live and work in the country if selected for an interview.
