We are seeking a talented and charismatic individual to join our team as a Sales and Education Advisor for the London region. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with retail staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for retail staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Organize events and activities to increase customer engagement and drive sales conversions.
  • Build strong relationships with retail staff to promote brand awareness and product expertise.
  • Meet sales targets and provide insights to help achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and makeovers to drive sales growth.
  • Report on sales performance, merchandising, and problem-solving, while embodying the brand's values.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • An outgoing and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and busy shopping periods.
