About the RoleThe Global Brand Manager for Holiday & Hallmarks will play a key role in shaping and delivering campaigns for gifting and hallmark campaigns, including the biggest campaign for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. This will involve leveraging sharp customer, product, and market insights to create record-breaking, integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns that shake up the market and build iconic campaigns and star launches.
The successful candidate will be a creative and meticulous individual who thinks digital first but always integrates across all channels. They will be a strong partner with specialist CMO functions, including Creative Agency, Copy, Visual Merchandising, Social, Digital, PR, E-Commerce, and Content teams, as well as the Product Development team, CDO teams, and regions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the Global Product Development team and in-house Creative Team to craft campaign concepts for all gifting and hallmark campaigns based on consumer, competitor, and market insights.
- Own end-to-end global gifting and hallmark campaigns from concept through to campaign delivery and measurement/review, partnering with 360 global teams to deliver cohesively across all touchpoints and regions.
- Collaborate with Regions (US, EMEA, APAC) and the team to ensure activities are integrated across channels, touchpoints, and paid/owned/earned, with a consistent messaging/projection, while solving for local relevance by dialling up relevant elements.
- Lead and oversee the development of respective campaigns, ensuring they have a consistent global brand tone of voice but optimized for local markets.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising, PR, Social, Digital, E-Commerce, and Content Teams to ensure the cohesion of campaign messages and visuals for all origination projects.
- Craft clear marketing toolkits exciting the business on the new launch/campaign, providing them with a complete kit to flawlessly execute the innovation and campaign in a timely fashion and in line with global positioning.
- Management of the Global Brand Assistant for Holiday & Hallmarks.
- Extensive and proven experience of product marketing role, supported by strong campaign development and/or NPD experience, ideally within the beauty/luxury/fashion industry.
- You'll think digital first, but always from an omni-channel perspective.
- As the brand guardian for your category/franchise, ensure all touchpoints follow brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and familiar with the most relevant Prestige Beauty market research databases.
