About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and promoting the brand image of a global beverages brand, working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, equity, and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Lead and manage innovation projects from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-category teams and external partners.
  • Market Insights: Provide insights on consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform local market strategies.
  • Brand Activation: Track and deliver the marketing plan, manage creative processes, and develop marketing materials for the region.
  • Social Media: Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to track media plan performance and manage digital & social media campaigns.
  • Agency and Supplier Management: Source and manage agencies and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong academics, ideally to degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in FMCG brand management, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management concepts.
  • Experience in end-to-end innovation projects, market research, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in consumer insights, social media campaigns, and communication plans.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • International experience or familiarity with the Middle East market would be a plus.
