A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join this established luxury beauty brand group on a temporary basis to start immediately. This role will last for around three months with potential to be extended depending on business needs.

The company is a well-known global brand with sites around the globe and this position will be based in central London.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point-of-contact for HR queries

• Monitoring the HR inbox

• Preparing contracts and employee letters

• Enrolling new starters

• Providing general HR support to the whole business

• Support the HR team in administration of the recruitment process and, maintaining the job descriptions and authorisations where required. Benchmarking job descriptions with corporate levelling.

• Support with long term sickness and occupational health referrals

Suitable candidates:

• Have previous HR experience in a head office

• Have previous experience using SAP

• Hybrid working with 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

• Early finish on Fridays
