Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:
    • Support the people team with the employee life cycle.
    • Support the Venues with recruitment and employee onboarding.
    • Generate job postings for all venues across the UK.
    • Manage internal and external recruitment platforms.
    • Assist in all internal and external recruitment processes.
  • HR:
    • Support the HR team in all ER queries in a timely and diligent manner.
    • Manage internal HR platform and HR Systems.
    • Support the operations team with admin and the generation of people and operational reports.
    • Support the people team in projects, either ad hoc or planned.
    • Assist the people team with reactive and planned ER cases, including absence tracking and recording, disciplinary meeting notes, probation reviews, and employee 121s.
    • Report on E-Learning completion for all new starters and current team members.

Requirements

  • HR experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Operational background is essential, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing role.
  • Must be open to new ways of working and working within a fast-paced environment.
  • An eye for detail is key, as all admin and reporting must be diligent and to a high standard.

Reporting and Availability

Reporting directly to the Head of HR. Occasional weekend availability is required for managing recruitment open days.
