Job Summary:
Tate West End Temp is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team on an interim basis. As a key member of our EMEA HR team, you will provide administrative support to our busy team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Inbox Management: Manage the HR inbox, responding to enquiries and urgent queries from the team, and resolving logged tickets in a timely manner.
- New Starter Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new starters, including managing documentation, proof of right to work checks, and DBS checks.
- Payroll Administration: Provide support with payroll administration, including managing sickness, maternity, and other HR-related tasks.
- General HR Administration: Perform various HR administration tasks as required by the team, including managing IT equipment and induction for staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a busy team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
