About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Absolute Recruit. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments, including Finance, Operations, and HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR & Operations: Efficiently manage company documentation, including filing and updating files, to ensure compliance with relevant company policies and procedures.
  • Support senior management with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and minute-taking.
  • Update and maintain employee records and documentation using Breathe HR.
  • Assist with onboarding new starters, including scheduling interviews, arranging interviews, and supporting with contracts and admin.
  • Compile data and generate reports for senior leadership on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee demographics.
  • Finance: Process purchase and sales ledger invoices, employee expenses, and bank reconciliations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a hands-on candidate who can manage a changing workload within a busy environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments, and you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
