Pay-rate: £11.44-£12.00Phr, based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and other filing systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule company meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
