Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator at Carlton Group Practice. As a key member of our Practice Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for patients and visitors.
  • Handle general inquiries, explain policies, and provide clear guidance to patients and staff.
  • Coordinate patient registration, documentation, and appointment scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Liaise with external healthcare providers and collaborate with the Primary Health Care Team.
  • Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and data protection policies.

Requirements:

  • GCSE level education in English and Maths.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow protocols.
  • Experience in office administration and using SystmOne software (desirable).
  • Polite, empathetic, and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible working hours and DBS check required.
