Job Summary:
SOCOTEC UK Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Water Hygiene team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, producing high-quality reports, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as production of quotations, purchasing, and data entry.
- Produce Schematic Drawings for Legionella Risk Assessment reports using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Undertake typing as required, typically, legionella risk assessments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Water Hygiene team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience in administration work environments.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines.
- Knowledge of CAD is desirable but not essential.
