We are seeking a meticulous administrator to become a key member of our Accounts Payable team. The primary responsibilities will include managing the main inbox, addressing and distributing inquiries, organizing invoices and statements, and handling communications with suppliers. The key duties will encompass:

  • Overseeing the Accounts Payable main inbox
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Verifying agency supplier timesheets
  • Providing general administrative support to the broader team
