The ideal candidate will work from the company's HQ in Poole on a full-time basis. Being within a commutable distance is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an environmental and sustainability strategy within the supply chain and the wider business.
- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate environmental considerations into decision-making.
- Assess the company's Scope 3 emissions, identify key sources, and develop reduction strategies.
- Publish regular environmental reports and track progress towards sustainability goals.
- Conduct training programs to increase awareness of sustainability principles among employees.
