We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Consultant to join our dynamic team at Jordans Dorset Ryvita on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to broaden their expertise in a large and busy manufacturing environment or take the next step in their HR career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support, coaching, and challenge to people managers to ensure they have the necessary tools and capabilities to effectively lead and support their teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for all day-to-day employee relations issues, including grievances, performance and conduct issues, absence management, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in generalist HR, with a proactive and positive approach to making a positive impact on the business.
- Excellent coaching and listening skills to support others in resolving issues and improving performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions to complex HR issues.
