Role Overview

Our Audit division specializes in providing exceptional services to our clientele, with a notable focus on Privately Held Enterprises. This segment constitutes a substantial part of our client portfolio, both in the UK and internationally. As a Senior Manager, you will have the chance to engage with a distinguished array of SME and family-owned business clients, broadening your exposure to various facets of this service line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple audit projects from initial planning stages to the completion of reports, adhering to established timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with stakeholders at audited entities, working alongside senior personnel while mentoring and developing team members.
  • Engage with senior leadership up to Partner level.

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Manager or Audit Manager role.
  • Relevant audit experience within the Privately Held Enterprise/SME sector.
  • Current knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS standards.
  • Extensive experience in leading external audits, managing a diverse client portfolio and guiding audit teams.
  • Proven ability to manage, train, and mentor team members.
