Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team in Poole. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories, and inspiring and supporting your team to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, including coaching and developing the team and driving the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to complement a customer's needs.
- Be self-aware, able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the management team.
- Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example and embodying our company values.
