Job Title: Adult Care Night Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Team Night Shift Supervisor to lead our Adult Care team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of providing excellent care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Care Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the care team and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, data protection and confidentiality.
  • Support the recruitment, training and development of Care Workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent care.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a care setting, preferably with a focus on adult care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
