Key ResponsibilitiesLead on projects and deliver a high-quality service to clients.Demonstrate excellent report writing skills, with limited input from Directors and Ads.Coach, motivate and support junior members of the team.Work in a smart and commercially minded way - have a healthy work/life balance.Provide clear and succinct planning advice.Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, project teams and colleagues.Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and time management, including meeting deadlines, managing workload independently and monitoring project milestones.Work with our Marketing & Communications Associate to promote the business.
In this role you will be expected to;Act decisively.Show initiative and commercial awareness.Demonstrate drive, adaptability and perseverance.You'll have experience of preparing or processing major applications.You'll have appeal experience.Experience of the Plan-making process would be advantageous but not essential.Driving license and access to a vehicle needed.MRTPI, or working towards it.
