Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their dynamic team, responsible for delivering large-scale regeneration projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and development of commercial, residential, retail, education, energy, and infrastructure projects, working closely with the client's team and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, community groups, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct site visits, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform project decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with stakeholders, including community groups, local authorities, and project team members.
