About the Role

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Planner to support the delivery of an enduring portfolio of infrastructure projects. As a Senior Project Planner, you will work within the client's project controls team, on a broad spectrum of projects, in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality, integrated schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring a range of stakeholders are involved in the development and approval of baseline schedules.
  • Track progress against the project schedule, including forecasting of potential problem areas and proposing mitigation measures to support decision making.
  • Provide planning and scheduling expertise in support of a project team or wider programme, sharing knowledge with and supporting less experienced members of the team.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in development, integration, and analysis of project plans.
  • Knowledge or experience of using best practice planning processes and tools, including Earned Value Management.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills focused on achieving, influencing, and maintaining effective working relationships to meet the project goals.
  • Ability to deliver objectives on time and to high quality with minimum supervision.
  • Experience of coaching, developing, and mentoring a team.
