**About the Role**
Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to join our client's dynamic team in Reading. As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of urban development projects throughout the UK.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and development of large-scale regeneration projects, working closely with the team to bring forward commercial, residential, retail, education, energy, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community groups to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct site visits, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform planning decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with planning regulations and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.
