Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to join our client's dynamic team in Reading. As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in bringing forward large-scale regeneration projects throughout the UK.
About the Company
Our client is an award-winning consultancy that specializes in Planning and Regeneration. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their team of experienced specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement planning strategies for large-scale regeneration projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide expert advice on planning and regeneration matters
- Manage and mentor junior planners to ensure their professional development
Requirements
- MRTPI Chartered or currently working towards chartership
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in private sector planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as report writing
