Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading medium and small-scale projects while supporting senior colleagues on larger initiatives.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and providing precise guidance.
- Managing planning applications throughout the development process, including pre-application discussions.
- Engaging and negotiating with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities regularly.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 4 to 12 years of experience in planning, preferably within a consultancy environment, though local planning authority experience is also valued.
- A robust skill set in development management and strategic planning.
- MRTPI accreditation or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal capabilities.
